     The signing ceremony of Heshan Huamei 1250mm high-end intelligent six frame ultra-thin plate cold continuous rolling unit has been successfully completed at Huamei (Foshan) headquarters!

     On July 28th, the general contract for the 1250mm high-end intelligent six frame ultra-thin plate cold continuous rolling unit of Heshan Huamei Metal Products Co., Ltd. was successfully signed at the Huamei (Foshan) headquarters. Heshan Huamei Metal Products Co., Ltd. has signed a contract with China Yizhong Group Dalian Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. as the general contractor of the equipment, Shanghai Baoxin Software Co., Ltd. as the supplier of the three electric equipment, and Shanghai Qinye Engineering Institute as the infrastructure designer to jointly build this high-speed, precise, and innovative large-scale pickling cold rolling unit.

     Since its establishment, Heshan Huamei Metal Products Co., Ltd. has always been rooted in core technology, adhering to customer-oriented principles, committed to improving production management, focusing on optimizing product quality, and providing customers with high-quality one-stop services.      This project adopts an advanced design scheme of a six stand cold continuous rolling mill, which achieves fully automated continuous production and can accurately control the finished plate shape and thickness tolerance. The optimal production thickness can reach a minimum of 0.15mm and a maximum width of 1100mm. The maximum speed can reach 1400 meters/minute, achieving an average annual production of 700000 tons.
